Course Substitution Request听鈥� complete this form for a course substitution in a student鈥檚 degree.
Request to take courses from another university for 六合图库 credit 鈥� complete this form to take a course for 六合图库 credit at another university.
Overload 鈥� complete this form for a student wishing to take more than 18 hours in a semester.
Since the Spring semester is capped at 24 hours to allow students to also register
for Wintersession courses, please be aware that if a student plans to take 18 hours
in the Spring and 3 hours during Wintersession that this form must be submitted.
Request to Change Catalog听鈥� complete this form for a student wishing to change their curriculum catalog year.
Request to Change Advisor 鈥� complete this form if a student wishes to change their advisor.
Request to Reschedule Final Exam 鈥� complete this form if a student needs to reschedule a final exam due to extenuating circumstances (no
degree plan required).

Graduation
Advisors need to have their students complete a graduation application the semester
prior to graduation. Graduation applications can be found on the Registrar鈥檚 website. This should be done during the advising session and noted on Flightpath.
听
FlightPath
Advisors must leave comments in FlightPath when advising students. Also, be sure to
print and sign the advising sheet FlightPath provides at the end of the advising session
and give said sheet to the administrative assistant for your school.听 FlightPath can also be used for advising in 鈥淲hat If鈥� mode for those students who
plan on changing their major.
听
Major Changes
Students must go to the Dean鈥檚 office of the major they are changing to and complete a request for curriculum change form.
听
Overrides
Overrides must be approved by the Associate Director/Director of your school before
being sent to caes@ulm.edu. Email should contain the following:
- Student鈥檚 name
- CWID
- Course requesting override for
- Error message student is receiving
听
**Please note that for Time Conflict Overrides students must fill out a Drop/Add card
as well as have an explanation from the instructor of how the student will make up
for the time missed in the class.**
