ÁùºÏͼ¿â student athletes recognized during special ceremony

Three ÁùºÏͼ¿â student athletes, who are unable to attend Saturday’s commencement at Fant-Ewing Coliseum, were recognized by President James E. Cofer, administrators, Faculty Athletic Council, the athletic department, family and friends during ÁùºÏͼ¿â’s Supplemental Spring Commencement Wednesday in the library.

The students will represent ÁùºÏͼ¿â when they travel to Northwestern State for a weekend series. The honored grads include Ladd James Hall, bachelor's degree in general studies, College of Arts and Sciences; Larry Matthew (Matt) Miller, bachelor's degree in general studies, College of Arts and Sciences; Steven James (Steve) Lawler, bachelor's in business administration with an emphasis in management, College of Business Administration. History professor Horace P. Jones spoke at the ceremony.
