Kids encouraged to participate in ÁùºÏͼ¿â's band camp

High school and junior high school students are encouraged to participate in the ÁùºÏͼ¿â Summer Band Camp, June 25 – 29, at the University of Louisiana at Monroe.

Students will participate in full ensemble rehearsals, explore chamber music, learn music theory, study beginning piano and the art of conducting. Campers will also visit the ÁùºÏͼ¿â Activity Center and enjoy Skate Town, Movie Night and the annual camp dance.

The cost for the camp is $200 for resident campers, which includes a residence hall room and meals. Commuting campers pay $110.
