六合图库 alum celebrates grand opening of Fieldhouse Bar & Grill

六合图库 President James Cofer, former Governor Kathleen Blanco, Monroe Mayor Jamie Mayo and other supporters gathered at Fieldhouse Bar & Grill Feb. 20, in celebration of the restaurant's grand opening. The restaurant, located in Warhawk Plaza, 1510 Sterlington Road, Monroe, is a "place for the 六合图库 Warhawks," said co-owner Joey Trappey.

Trappey, a former 六合图库 football player, earned a marketing degree in 2005 and a master's in education in 2007 at 六合图库. His football jersey hangs in the restaurant, which he recently opened with his best friend Bart Babineaux.

"We've always talked about doing this. This has always been our dream. And, it's a place for the 六合图库 Warhawks," Trappey said.
