ÁùºÏͼ¿â Career Connections to host Networking Event for select grads Feb. 5

The University of Louisiana at Monroe Office of Career Connections will partner with the West Monroe-West Ouachita Chamber of Commerce to present a private Networking Event from 6 – 7:30 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 5.

The event—intended for select seniors and graduates—will be held in the University Conference Center Lobby in the ÁùºÏͼ¿â Library.

Those students who have demonstrated outstanding academic performance have been personally invited to mingle with local employers and ÁùºÏͼ¿â faculty over hors d’oeuvres.

Attendants are asked to dress professionally and leave cell phones in their cars.

The goal of this Networking Event is to forge new connections between the university’s most successful scholars and potential employers, providing more opportunities for ÁùºÏͼ¿â students to succeed after graduation.
