Your room assignment, roommates, and suitemates for the Fall 2024 semester are available on your . On this page, you will find some helpful information that will enable you to experience a faster move-in.Ìý Please make sure you review this information and contact the appropriate office(s) BEFORE your arrival on campus.Ìý

We look forward to your arrival at ÁùºÏͼ¿â!Ìý As you know, living on campus is a very exciting aspect of university life, and our goal is to make your on-campus living experience enjoyable.

Before you arrive on campus for move-in, BE SURE:Ìý

• You are registered for classes;
• You have a ÁùºÏͼ¿â ID Card and have selected a meal plan with Warhawk ID Services
  • For questions about yourÌýmeal plan, contactÌýWIDS (idcard@ulm.eduÌý/ 318-342-5002)
• You have paid your semester billÌýORÌýknow it is covered by aidÌýORÌýa payment plan.
  • For questions about your
    • financial aid & TOPS, contact Financial Aid (finaid@ulm.eduÌý/ 318-342-5320)
    • scholarship, contact the Scholarship Office (scholarships@ulm.eduÌý/ 318-342-5321)
    • fee bill balance, contact Student Account Services (sas@ulm.eduÌý/ 318-342-5124).

• Begin at the ÁùºÏͼ¿â Activity Center
• Anytime between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM

ÌýSaturday, August 24, 2024 – Freshman & New-to-Campus

• Begin at the ÁùºÏͼ¿â Activity Center
• Anytime between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM

Check-in will not be done on Sunday, August 25, 2024. Ìý

• Students cannot receive keys or building access on Sunday. Students will need to wait until Monday, August 26, 2024, during university business hours.
